Enjoy two of our espresso coffees with this special coffee bundle, perfect for those who brew with an espresso machine or a stovetop brewer, or for those who like a stronger plunger brew! As our coffee offering changes seasonally to ensure you’re brewing the freshest beans, our bundle line-up changes accordingly. In this bundle you’ll receive one 250g bag of our Seasonal Blend (featuring 85% La Soledad from Guatemala and 15% Hadeso Natural from Ethiopia) and one 250g bag of Hadeso Natural.
Our seasonal espresso blend perfectly complements the beginning of Spring, with its balance of creamy richness and delicate florals. La Soledad (85%) comes from Antigua, Guatemala, and is produced by Ana Lucia Zelaya and her husband, Don Rony Asensio. La Soledad regularly produces stunning coffees, and this one is no exception – it is rich and chocolatey, with beautiful floral notes. Hadeso Natural (15%) was grown in Ethiopia’s Guji area and naturally processed. It is a fantastic example of a coffee from the Guji area, contributing a lovely, jammy sweetness to this versatile and complex blend.
Hadeso is also the second coffee in this bundle! It was grown by 500 small-scale farmers, each working tiny plots of land, who grow coffee with deep care and a sense of tradition. Many families farm organically, tending their trees by hand and bringing their harvests to the Hadeso washing station, run by Testi Coffee. The Guji landscape is rich and fertile, with cool temperatures and high elevation creating ideal conditions for the slow ripening of coffee cherries. This slower pace produces denser beans, full of sweetness and complexity. In the cup, this coffee is floral, with a sweetness that speaks to both the unique environment in which it is grown, and the dedication of the families who cultivate it.
