We’ve known and admired bakers and educators Michael and Pippa James for a very long time. We visited them at home to drink coffee, make a tiramisu, and chat with them about their coffee ritual, their perfect day off, and their amazing new book, 'Sweet Seasons'.

2025 marks 14 years of our coffee partnership with Luis ‘Wicho’ Valdés and Santa Isabel Estate in Guatemala’s Alta Verapaz department.
