This coffee has notes of toasted almond and apricot with a milk chocolate finish.

This sweet, creamy and versatile espresso blend is made up of two delicious and distinctive coffees.

80% of the blend was produced by a group of women farmers in Cauca, Colombia. The 64 producers who contributed to this lot are all members of AMACA (Asociación de Mujeres Productoras Agropecuarias del Cauca), an association founded 25 years ago to help women farmers and landowners find better opportunities for their crops. This coffee was grown on small farms – averaging two hectares in size – and carefully wash-processed on-site by the producers and their families.

The remaining 20% of this blend was produced in Rwanda’s Northern Province using cherries from 720 small-scale farmers, all of whom are members of the Dukunde Kawa cooperative. Once picked, the ripe cherries were delivered to the co-op’s Mbilima washing station, where they were wash-processed and then thoroughly dried on raised beds in the sun.
