Role: Barista & Retail Sales Assistant- A roster that includes 3–5 days/week (24–38 hours)
- Availability that includes both weekend days
About the role
Our Barista and Retail team members play the most important role at Market Lane.
As a Barista and Retail Assistant, you actively shape and influence each customer’s experience during a visit to our shops. You control how a coffee is served and how its story is communicated. You are a service provider and a storyteller; you’re the face of our entire operation and you can add so much joy, deliciousness, and sparkle to someone’s day!
