Barista & Retail Assistant

We are looking to welcome new members to the barista team at our newly renovated Prahran Market location, with a view to long-term employment. We're looking for people with a hospitality and/or service industry background to deliver great coffee and professional and warm service to our customers.

Shop Manager

We’re looking to hire a Shop Manager for our newly renovated Prahran Market shop. The successful candidate will work directly with a team of dedicated baristas & retail assistants to ensure the customers’ experience at our flagship store is a positive one. The Shop Manager will be in charge of, and responsible for, the product and service quality provided in our Prahran Market location, as well as managing and supporting shop staff and carrying out staff evaluations, inductions and on-the-tools training and coaching.

Our Shop Managers lead by example; following our drink quality guidelines, providing professional, warm and attentive customer service to everyone, and teaching and mentoring the barista team to learn and grow in their roles, specifically with regards to their coffee-making, customer service and retail sales skills.

We’re looking for someone with 2+ years of hospitality or retail business management/supervisor experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, a passion for outstanding customer service, a facility for empathetic leadership, and creative problem-solving abilities.
