Orders within Australia

We strive to pack and send all orders within one business day of your order. We deliver using Australia Post and can ship to PO Boxes.
If you select standard post at check out, you should expect your items to arrive within 5–7 working days. If you select express post, your items should arrive within 2–4 working days.*
*Please note: delivery to more remote regional areas, and Western Australia, Northern Territory and Tasmania may take longer. All time frames quoted are estimates – postal delays are outside our control once goods have been passed over for dispatch.

We have tried to make the website as accurate as possible in calculating the postage, however if there is a big difference between the estimated and actual postage cost, we will get in touch with you to arrange additional payment. Please allow 5–21* business days (depending on location) for delivery to your destination.
Please note, import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer, and it is up to the customer to find out what these costs may entail.

Returns and Refunds
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from the Market Lane Coffee website, so we have a 14-day return policy.
If you are unsatisfied with any purchase you have made from us for any reason, please contact us for a replacement or credit note within 14 days of shipment. Please tell us your name, date of purchase, the order number, which items, how many you are returning, and the reason for the return.
Goods that need to be posted back can be sent to: Market Lane Coffee Head Office, 126 Weston Street, Brunswick East, Vic 3057.
- Merchandise items must be returned in original new condition including all original packaging.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- All return shipping charges must be prepaid.
- Items purchased online can be exchanged at any Market Lane Coffee shop (just make sure you bring proof of purchase).
- If the goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the website or don't function properly, you can choose between a refund, exchange or credit.
