Queen Victoria Market – Dairy Hall

Customers can stop by our Dairy Hall shop for a cup of delicious Market Lane coffee – brewed through espresso and pour over – and to stock up on brewing equipment for home. We also sell bags of coffee, freshly roasted and ready to be popped into your bag alongside your other market goodies.

We love the Queen Vic Market! We opened our shop in this corner spot in 2014. It was previously owned by John and David, who ran a pharmacy there for over 40 years. We fell in love with the location and jumped at the opportunity to serve delicious coffee in this beautiful, historic and beloved Melbourne institution dedicated to quality food and beverage, and quality customer relationships.

For the design of this Market Lane space, we worked with Sarah Trotter of Hearth Studio. Great care was taken to preserve and showcase the original 1920s heritage features of the store, and to introduce new elements that complement these features and serve the simplicity and functionality of the space. The result is a beautiful, bright and welcoming corner shop.
