At Market Lane, we take great pride in sourcing, roasting and delivering high quality coffee beans, and selecting and curating a collection of our favourite coffee-brewing equipment, books, homewares, ceramics and gifts that we fallen in love with and are excited to share. We stand behind the quality of our offering freshness, quality and consistency our of offering.

We are committed to:

  • Sourcing our coffees in an ethical and responsible way, and roasting them with care. All coffee is freshly roasted and dispatched within 5 days of roasting. In our shops we will retail coffee for up to 2 weeks after the roast date.
  • Sourcing brewing equipment, merchandise and homewares that we have tried and tested in our homes and shops and selected because they are durable and reliable. Where we can, offering spare parts for the products we source to extend their lifetime, or repair services (see below)

Returns Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from the Market Lane Coffee website, so we have a 30-day return policy. 

If you are unsatisfied with any purchase you have made from us for any reason, we are committed to making it right. Please contact us for a replacement or credit note within 30 days of shipment. Please tell us your name, date of purchase, the order number, which items, how many you are returning, and the reason for the return. Depending on the issue, we will offer a replacement, refund or store credit. 

Goods that need to be posted back can be sent to: Market Lane Coffee Head Office, 126 Weston Street, Brunswick East, Vic 3057. 


Please note: 

  • Merchandise items must be returned in original new condition including all original packaging.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • All return shipping charges must be prepaid.
  • Items purchased online can be exchanged at any Market Lane Coffee shop (just make sure you bring proof of purchase).
  • If the goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the website or don't function properly, you can choose between a refund, exchange or credit.

 

Tote Bag Repair Service 

Our Market Lane Tote Bags are created with durable fabric and reinforced stitching to last for many years. But we know sometimes wear and tear can happen, and we’d like our totes to be used and enjoyed as long as possible, so we offer a free repair service. All tote bag repairs are performed by Second Stitch, a social enterprise based in Coburg, Vic.


To have your Market Lane tote bag repaired, please contact us, tell us your name, and provide a description or photo of the bag to be repaired. We’ll then ask you to send the bag to us at: Online Team, Market Lane Coffee, 126 Weston Street, Brunswick East, Vic 3057. Please include your return address on the package, so we can post the repaired bag back to you, free of charge within Australia.


Alternatively, you can drop your tote bag off at any of our shop locations, and leave your contact details with our friendly team. We’ll then arrange to have it repaired and sent back to you.


Please note, the repair turnaround time is usually around 4 weeks. We only offer this service for Market Lane Coffee Tote Bags, and we reserve the right to deny repairs on soiled, unsanitary or misused items
