If you’re a customer at our Faraday St shop, you’ll likely be familiar with the talented, positive, indefatigable Carmen, who started out at Market Lane in 2019 and now manages our Carlton shop with precision, warmth, attentiveness, and seemingly endless amounts of energy!

Baker Bleu has been brewing Market Lane filter coffee in-store and retailing our beans since 2019. Mike and Mia talked to us about their food inspirations, and what makes Baker Bleu’s bread so very delicious!
