This blend has notes of cherry and nougat with a sweet vanilla finish.

This delicious blend contains two freshly landed, new-season coffees – La Soledad (80%) from Guatemala and Hadeso (20%) from Ethiopia.

La Soledad, a washed coffee from Antigua, Guatemala, contributes a nutty sweetness to the blend. It’s produced by Lucia Zelaya and Rony Asensio, who both come from longstanding coffee-producing families and take great pride in doing everything to the highest possible standard.

Hadeso was grown by 500 independent, small-scale farmers in Guji, Ethiopia. It was expertly wash-processed at the Hadeso washing station, which is run by our long-time supply partners at Testi Coffee. This coffee adds some beautiful fruit notes to the blend.

Both these coffees are stand-outs on our menu every year. Blended together, they create a sweet, balanced and creamy espresso that tastes fantastic in milk-based drinks as well as on its own.

La Soledad producers Rony Asensio and Lucia Zelaya both come from coffee-producing families.

Faysel Yonis is the Founder of Testi Coffee in Ethiopia.

Rony told us, “Everything we do is done with love.”

The Hadeso washing station receives cherries from 500 small-scale farmers.
