This coffee has notes of milk chocolate and toasted almond with a sweet red apple finish.

Our latest Seasonal Blend is made up of two delicious coffees from Brazil and Rwanda: Sincorá (80%) and Ruli (20%).

Sincorá was selected from Fazenda Progresso, a stunning farm in the Brazilian state of Bahia that is owned by the Borré family. The microlot is named after the Serra do Sincorá, a breathtaking chain of mountains surrounding the property, which are part of the Chapada Diamantina National Park. This Pulped Natural process coffee forms the base of our blend, bringing a sweet, silky flavour, and notes of dark chocolate.

Ruli was the first washing station built by Dukunde Kawa, a pioneering Rwandan cooperative that makes a point of investing in infrastructure and training for its members. Their goal is to produce exceptional quality coffee and find ways to support their members through a lifetime – not just a season – of sustainable coffee production. We’re so proud to have worked with them for 16 consecutive years – ever since we first opened our doors at Market Lane. 186 small-scale producing members of the cooperative combined their harvests to produce this Washed coffee, which adds a layer of sweet florals to our blend.

This Seasonal Blend is a combination of a washed Rwandan coffee, Ruli, and a Pulped Natural coffee, Sincorá.
