This coffee has notes of brown butter and pecan with a soft mouthfeel.

A new addition to our coffee line-up, Sítio Cafundó was produced by brothers Gilliard and Ricardo Oliveira on their farm in Brazil’s renowned Piatã growing region. We’ve been offering coffees from the Piatã area since 2015. We adore the dried-fruit acidity and brown-sugar sweetness that we regularly find in coffees from this region, all thanks to its relatively high elevation, fertile soil and temperate climate.

At 31 and 28, Gilliard and Ricardo are young, enthusiastic and innovative farmers who represent the next generation of producers in Piatã’s specialty-focused coffee community. We’re very excited to be offering their coffee on our espresso menu this season. We selected this lot for its smooth mouthfeel and pronounced sweetness – we hope you enjoy!
