Enjoy two of our espresso coffees with this special coffee bundle, perfect for those who brew with an espresso machine or a stovetop brewer, or for those who like a stronger plunger brew! As our coffee offering changes seasonally to ensure you’re brewing the freshest beans, our bundle line-up changes accordingly. In this bundle you’ll receive one 250g bag of our Seasonal Blend, featuring two in-season coffees: La Soledad (80%) and Hadeso (20%), and one 250g bag of Ayla, from Ethiopia.

La Soledad (80%) is a washed Guatemalan that comes from the beautiful Antigua estate of Lucia Zelaya and Rony Asensio. As they describe it, “Everything we do is done with love.” This is evident every time we visit, in their careful attention to detail, deep understanding of agricultural practices, and commitment to constant innovation.

The remaining 20% of our blend is a natural Ethiopian from Hadeso, grown by small-scale farmers in Guji’s Shakisso district. Culturally, the area’s Oromo people have great respect for the land, and for every tree they tend to. This devotion and care is matched by Testi Specialty Coffee, who carefully process their harvests at Hadeso. This coffee adds a jammy sweetness to the blend.

Ayla also comes coffee comes from Testi Specialty Coffee. For the past 17 years, Testi has worked closely with small-scale farmers, buying their freshly picked coffee cherries and processing them with great care. This lot comes from one of Testi’s best known washing stations, Ayla (translating to “grace” or “moonlight” in Turkish). This coffee is a beautiful espresso offering, sweet with notes of strawberry and bergamot.
