Our Collins St shop manager, Satsuki, is adored by her team-mates and her customers for her care, warmth, thoughtfulness and close attention to detail. We chatted with the wonderful Satsuki about how she got her start in hospitality, what makes the Collins St shop so special, and how she likes to spend her days in and around Melbourne when she’s not busy at work.

2026 marks 15 years of our coffee partnership with Luis ‘Wicho’ Valdés and Santa Isabel Estate in Guatemala’s Alta Verapaz department. Wicho is a fifth-generation producer who runs Santa Isabel with great care and a precise attention to detail, carefully balancing tradition with innovation.

This week is a great opportunity to learn more about, and support, your local Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.

The milk we use in our drinks at Market Lane is produced by Simon Schulz in Timboon. It is organic and unhomegenised and utterly delicious.
