    Description

Enjoy two of our espresso coffees with this special coffee bundle, perfect for those who brew with an espresso machine or a stovetop brewer, or for those who like a stronger plunger brew! As our coffee offering changes seasonally to ensure you’re brewing the freshest beans, our bundle line-up changes accordingly. In this bundle you’ll receive one 250g bag of our Seasonal Blend (containing 80% Small Producers of AMACA from Colombia and 20% Mbilima from Rwanda) and one 250g bag of Nyarusiza from Rwanda.

80% of the Seasonal Blend was produced by 64 women farmers in Cauca, Colombia. These producers are members of AMACA (Asociación de Mujeres Productoras Agropecuarias del Cauca), an association founded to help women farmers find better opportunities for their crops. 20% of the blend was grown in Rwanda’s Northern Province by 720 farmers, all of whom are members of the Dukunde Kawa cooperative. The coffee was then carefully wash-processed at the co-op’s Mbilima washing station. These two coffees combine to create a delicious and versatile espresso blend with notes of toasted almond and apricot and a milk chocolate finish.

Nyarusiza Espresso was grown by independent farmers who live and work in the hills surrounding the Nyarusiza washing station in Rwanda’s Southern Province. At harvest time, these farmers deliver their ripe coffee cherries to the washing station. The Nyarusiza team then carefully wash-processes the coffee, and dries it over a period of 10–20 days. In the cup, this coffee has the honey sweetness, juicy acidity and dried-fruit finish we look for – and love – in coffees from this lush and rugged part of Rwanda.
