This coffee is floral, with notes of white peach, rose and caramel.

This incredibly floral and pretty coffee comes from our long-term Ethiopian supply partners, Testi Coffee, a family-owned company founded by Faysel Yonis. For the past 16 years, Testi have worked closely with small-scale farmers, sourcing exceptional coffee cherries and processing them with great care. This lot began with the coffee cherries of 725 small-scale farmers; each paid a premium for their ripest cherries to ensure a cup that’s as sweet and clean as possible.

The coffee was then processed at Testi’s Ayla washing station, named after Faysel’s niece. We love how elegant and fruit-forward it is in the cup and hope you enjoy its delicious stone fruit notes and lovely, delicate florals!
