We visited our neighbours at Volker Haug Studio for a coffee and a chat about the beautiful lights they’ve created for us, their diverse and dynamic team, and the role that coffee plays in their office.

We’ve known and admired bakers and educators Michael and Pippa James for a very long time. We visited them at home to drink coffee, make a tiramisu, and chat with them about their coffee ritual, their perfect day off, and their amazing new book, 'Sweet Seasons'.

We joined Pippa and Michael in their home to make this incredible tiramisu from scratch, and we can’t wait to recreate it over the holidays to share and savour with family and friends.
