Prahran Market

This original flagship Market Lane location first opened in 2009, and was given a loving update and renovation in early 2024. It’s open 7 days a week, with plenty of seating to accommodate market shoppers, and ample space for the hustle and bustle of trolleys and prams.

We serve filter and espresso drinks at this shop, as well as teas by Assembly, hot chocolate by Mörk, and fresh juices. We offer a range of delicious sandwiches and baguettes, made with seasonal ingredients from some of the market’s best vendors. We also serve granola, pastries from Baker Bleu, and bread and jam featuring Baker Bleu baguette, Will Studd Le Conquerant butter and Annie Smithers much-loved jam. On Saturdays and Sundays, we serve our famous mushroom burgers here from 9am–2pm (or until sold out).

We roast coffee on a 5kg Probat roaster at this location, and our retail shelves are stocked with freshly roasted beans, as well as all our favourite brewing equipment, homewares, and coffee books and gifts.

You can join a public coffee cupping (tasting) here every Tuesday at 10am. (And we’ll soon be running roasting classes here as well – watch this space!)

This shop is nestled in the corner of Prahran Market, very happily located among some of the best food retailers in Melbourne, including Mushroom Man Damian Pike, Sweet Greek, Essential Ingredient, Claringbold's and G.McBean Family Butcher.
