As our coffee offering changes seasonally to ensure you’re brewing the freshest beans, our bundle line-up changes accordingly.

In this bundle, you’ll get one 250g bag of Canta Ranas from Colombia and one 250g bag of Nossa Senhora Aparecida from Brazil.

This special coffee was produced by Edward Sandoval on his estate, Canta Ranas. The farm had been abandoned for years when Edward purchased it, however over the past decade he has carefully refined his cultivation practices to achieve better yields and elevate his quality. This microlot is 100% Chiroso, a variety Edward favours for its high productivity in Tolima’s cool climate and its uniquely floral and complex cup profile.

Nossa Senhora Aparecida was grown by Arnóbio Araújo, and processed by our long-time trusted sourcing partner, and dear friend, Silvio Leite. Both men farm just outside the town of Piatã, where coffee is grown on a smaller, more intimate scale than in other parts of Brazil, and influenced by the landscape’s rich biodiversity, high elevation and cool climate.
