Enjoy two of our espresso coffees with this special coffee bundle, perfect for those who brew with an espresso machine or a stovetop brewer, or for those who like a stronger plunger brew! As our coffee offering changes seasonally to ensure you’re brewing the freshest beans, our bundle line-up changes accordingly. In this bundle you’ll receive one 250g bag of our Seasonal Blend (containing 85% Santa Clara from Guatemala and 15% Ayla from Ethiopia) and one 250g bag of La Providencia from Colombia.
Our Seasonal Blend is made up of two fresh crop coffees that were carefully selected by our roasting team and combined in a recipe designed to deliver a delicious and balanced espresso. The primary component comes from Santa Clara Estate in Antigua, Guatemala. This estate is owned by Ricardo Zelaya, who is one of Market Lane’s longest standing producing partners. The secondary component comes from a number of small-scale farmers in Bensa, Ethiopia, who deliver their coffee to the Ayla washing station, which is owned and run by our long-time partners at Testi Coffee. We serve our Seasonal Blend as the ‘house espresso’ in all our shops, and we offer it as whole beans for home baristas to brew and enjoy, on its own or paired with milk – it tastes fantastic either way!
La Providencia was produced by Julio Soscue Villada on his four-hectare farm near the small community of China Alta in Colombia’s Ibagué region. Julio and his family live at La Providencia farm in a house surrounded by coffee trees. They farm using traditional techniques and perform most of the farming and processing work themselves, with extra people hired during the harvest to help with cherry picking. This lot was processed at the farm’s small wet mill using the washed method, with an extended fermentation period that is typical for producers in China Alta. The result of all this hard work and dedication is a coffee that’s clean, balanced and very sweet in the cup.
Please note: our coffee bundles are an online-only offer and aren’t available for purchase in our shops. Coffee substitutions aren’t possible, and each bundle ships to one address.
