We support the Yes campaign

Market Lane Coffee is proud to support the First Nations Voice to Parliament. We are actively committed to reconciliation, and we believe that the upcoming referendum is an important first step towards realising the full Uluru Statement from the Heart – and a significant opportunity to walk with First Nations people in a movement towards much-needed reform and a better, brighter future for this country.

We believe this referendum is a generational opportunity to advance reconciliation, and move forwards together as a nation. That is why you’ll see Yes posters in our shops, and why we’ll be joining the Walk for Yes, and voting Yes on 14 October.

We feel privileged to be able to cast a vote in this referendum; it’s a responsibility we take seriously. We recognise that there is a diverse range of opinions on this issue, and we’re making sure to seek out and respectfully listen to and learn from those with different views, especially First Nations individuals and communities.
