We're looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join our team!

About this role

Our approach to digital is closely aligned with our mission and values, and our goal is to create an experience that is considered, engaging, consistent and exceptional. As our go-to person for all things digital, you will be focused on connecting with and growing our community of customers in a meaningful and authentic way and bringing to life what we do (and why we do it).

You will develop, execute and deliver a digital strategy that meets the goals of our overall marketing strategy, and you’ll be responsible for driving traffic, conversion and engagement across all digital channels (email, social media, paid advertising, search). Understanding and digging into analytics, and your alignment with our mission and values, will inform your strategic decision-making. This role will report into the Head of Marketing, Communications and Sustainability. With the support of our external Digital Advertising Agency and Web Developer and in-house Copywriter and Designer, the role involves:

  • Optimising and managing content across the website, and working with our web developers to improve the customer experience and conversion

  • Developing, testing and executing targeted email marketing campaigns and customer flows in Klaviyo

  • Developing, executing and evaluating a results-driven social media strategy

  • Managing and implementing our paid marketing strategy (ads on Google/Instagram/Facebook)

Key requirements

  • Substantial experience in digital marketing, including customer journeys, conversion tactics, digital advertising, SEO, page optimisation

  • Proven experience in effective email marketing and campaign management

  • Solid familiarity with Google Analytics and understanding of performance marketing channels from an organic and paid sense – Facebook, Google, Instagram

  • Experience in Shopify, Klaviyo and/or Recharge is highly desirable
