I love finding out more about coffee varieties, because they have a huge influence over the flavour of coffee, and they help describe part of the history of coffees cultivation. I love how each are distinctive, how they taste differently.

I've learnt about them from Tom Owens' site Sweet Maria's, the Coffee Research Insitute, James Hoffmann and I was extremely lucky to listen to Peter Guiliano of Counter Culture Coffee give a long and very involving talk on the History and Cultivation of coffee.

I started putting what I know about it on Wikipedia, and recently someone helped out by making a new table, and adding some Indonesian coffee varieties. It's great fun that collaboration works!

Anydaysies, check it out, and please add/change/correct!
