Our Milk |

We are very excited about the milk we're using for our milk-based drinks at Market Lane. It is a natural organic and biodynamic farmhouse mik, and it's incredibly creamy and sweet.
The milk is produced by Simon Schulz, from a single farm just outside of Timboon (right near the Twelve Apostles). Made from whole milk from Friesan and Jersey Cows, the milk is produced in small batches with great care.
Unlike most milks on the market, this one is unhomogenised, which means it is less processed and probably the closest thing to ' real milk' available in Australia. As it is has had less processing it is also much easier for the body to digest.
Most importantly, we have chosen to use this milk with our coffee because it tastes downright delicious.
