Over the past couple of days, Mark Free and a few other coffee enthusiasts have been volunteering their time to prepare coffee in the way they love - slowly, and carefully. There's a choice of different coffees, and all are made in a way that is easy to replicate at home - a small Breville grinder, kettle and of course, pour over, Aeropress, and syphon.

The space is a small room next at the Somewhere gallery space, on Level 2, inside Royal Arcade at 314 Little Collins Street. They're open from the 8th until the 18th of August, from 10am. There's more information here.

Today on the menu is Finca La Fany from Market Lane, Small Batch, and Monk Bodhi Dharma, there's also Sidamo from Small Batch and a range of coffees to choose from for syphon.
