Introducing... 'The Toshi'

With all the practice and skill in the world, you still need good equipment to make great coffee. A sturdy, comfortable, and sexy milk jug makes a big difference to the capricious art of stretching milk (well, maybe not the sexy part, but if you have to have a milk jug sitting on your bench top...).

So we at Market Lane are proud to present a high quality stainless steel 12 oz milk jug that we like to call 'The Toshi'. Introduced to us by our own barista/roaster Toshiyuki Ishiwata (he's kind of a big deal) as his personal milk stretching weapon of choice, soon enough all the baristas in the café were sneaking it out of the cupboard to have a go. Now The Toshi is a regular fixture next to the Synesso...

In the spirit of sharing the love, we've tracked down the Japanese manufacturer and can now offer a bit of coveted barista hardware to Market Lane customers. You'll be pouring triple rosettas in no time, and did we mention it looks sexy...?
